Kyle Schoeneman is the new president and chief operating officer of Empire Beauty Schools.
Schoeneman represents the fourth generation of Schoenemans to lead Empire, and will steer the company into its next chapter of growth and innovation. His extensive background includes a distinguished tenure at Empire Beauty Schools, where he has held several pivotal roles, including director of new media and markets, planning and analysis director, vice president of marketing, vice president of operations, and executive vice president.
Throughout his career, Schoeneman has demonstrated exceptional strategic vision and unwavering commitment to the company’s core purpose, which is “to create opportunities for people to improve their lives.”

Kyle Schoeneman is a graduate of Bucknell University, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree, and Penn State University, where he earned his MBA. His appointment reaffirms the company’s commitment to innovation and leadership within the industry.
